Lawn & Grounds Contractor – Regular Work with Our Island

Our Island is looking for a reliable and efficient lawn mowing contractor to maintain a growing portfolio of residential properties across Waiheke.

This is a great opportunity for someone with their own equipment and vehicle, looking for steady, flexible contract work with a professional local business.
 

The Work: 

  • Growing portfolio of lawns across Waiheke

  • Fortnightly rounds (approx. 2 days of work every 2 weeks)

  • Day rate paid per mowing day

  • You’ll work independently and efficiently to a high standard

  • Ideal for someone already doing outdoor property work or looking to pick up extra consistent income

What You’ll Need:

  • Your own reliable vehicle / mower transport solution

  • Lawn mowing equipment in good working order

  • Some gardening experience or property care background preferred

  • Good communication and time management

    We Offer:

  • Consistent, scheduled work with a growing local business

  • Option to be hired as either a contractor or on payroll

  • Fair day rate based on experience and number of lawns

  • Fuel/travel allowance based on mileage

  • Friendly and supportive team to work with

  • Opportunity to pick up more lawns and property care work as we grow


    Must live on Waiheke Island.
    Must have valid work rights for NZ.
    Valid drivers license is essential for this role.
